Ingredients:
- 1 lb Polish sausage, sliced
- 1 lb sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put the sauerkraut, diced potatoes, sliced onion, and sliced Polish sausage in a slow cooker in that order
Put chicken broth, garlic that has been minced, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Pour this over the things that are already in the slow cooker
Put the lid on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the potatoes are soft and the flavors are well mixed
If you want, you can serve it hot with chopped parsley on top
