Raspberry-Almond Blondies Tutti Dolci



These Raspberry-Almond Blondies Tutti Dolci are a delicious take on regular blondies. The tartness of fresh raspberries and the crunchiness of sliced almonds make for a great mix of flavors. They make a great treat for any event!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Grease an 8-inch square baking pan

In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until well combined

Add egg and vanilla extract, mix until smooth

Gradually add flour, salt, and baking powder, stirring until just combined

Fold in sliced almonds

Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan

Press raspberries gently into the batter

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares
