Bulgogi Grilled Beef is a traditional Korean dish featuring thinly sliced beef marinated in a flavorful blend of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and other delicious seasonings. Grilling enhances the flavors, resulting in tender and juicy beef with a delightful caramelized exterior.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin or ribeye
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and mirin
Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, making sure it's fully coated
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Remove beef from marinade, shaking off excess, and discard the marinade
Grill beef slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes
Sprinkle with green onions, sesame seeds, and black pepper before serving
