Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 bacon strips, cooked
- Pickles and ketchup for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper
Mix until well combined
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties
Place the burger patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness
During the last minute of grilling, add a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese
While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned
To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a tomato slice, a grilled burger patty with melted cheese, a strip of bacon, and your choice of pickles and ketchup
Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot
