Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: fresh berries, shaved chocolate, chopped nuts
Instructions:
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit
Put the avocados in a blender or food processor
To the blender, add a little salt, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and almond milk after adding the milk
If you need to, scrape down the sides of the bowl to make sure everything is well mixed
Blend until smooth and creamy
Taste it, and if you think it needs more sweetness, add more maple syrup
Put the mousse into bowls or glasses for serving
Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it
If you want, you can decorate it with fresh berries, shaved chocolate, or chopped nuts
